Accommodation

Accreditation
The Prostate cancer translational research in Europe Meeting is accredited by the European Board of Urology  for 9 hours of European CME credits. The EBU works according to the quality standards of the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME).

Both the EBU and the EACCME are the institutions of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net

All CME events accredited by the EBU have the EACCME endorsement. The EBU/EACCME CME Credits are recognized by National Accreditation Authorities. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

All CME activities approved by the EBU/EACCME are valid for recognition by the American Medical Association towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA). To convert EACCME credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, contact the AMA.

Certificate of attendance
Participants who wish to receive a Certificate of Attendance are invited to collect this at the registration desk on the last day of the meeting.

Congress dinner
A Congress Dinner will be organised on Monday, 22 June 2009. You can book tickets when registering for the meeting. Costs are € 50. Details on the Congress Dinner will follow soon, but you can be sure that it will be a splendid evening in Amsterdam.

Exhibition
Pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of technical equipment and software as well as publishers of scientific books are invited to display their products at the exhibition to be organised at the meeting venue. For more information please contact the organiser at pctre2009@congressconsultants.com

Insurance
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal insurance.  

Language
The meeting will be conducted in English.

The registration fee includes access to the scientific programme, refreshment breaks, lunch on 22 June and a programme book. All registrations must be made through the online registration system at http://registrations.uroweb.org.

Cancellation of registration should be notified to the congress organiser in writing prior to 15 May 2009. Fifty percent of the registration fee will be reimbursed. After 15 May 2009 no refund will be made.
